Jane joined Tritium in 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO. She was appointed as Tritium’s CEO in March of 2020.
She has extensive experience in operations, projects, and commercial management across multiple industries including aerospace, Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), gaming and entertainment. Her experience includes seven years at Boeing in roles as a company director and Chief Operating Officer of the global Phantom Works division which was responsible for the rapid prototyping and development of advanced technologies.
Jane has chaired the South Queensland Defence Advisory Board.
Along with Michael Hipwood and David Toomey, Jane is a member of the Tritium Executive Committee.
Jane has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Queensland and is a qualified barrister.
Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Corporate Development
David has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry in the USA, Europe and Asia, working in direct investment roles on both the equity and debt side of transactions that have included corporations and infrastructure projects across a range of regions and industries.
David has been an adviser to the Tritium board and an alternate director since 2013. He joined the company full-time in 2016 as Chief of Staff and Corporate Development and became Chief Revenue Officer in 2019. He has global responsibility for managing Tritium’s sale enablement and marketing activities, and he has been responsible for all capital raising for the company.
Along with Jane Hunter and Michael Hipwood, David is a member of the Tritium Executive Committee.
David is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Chartered Accountant. He has a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate finance field and has held senior roles including CFO at LinkWater and Mincom, and CFO/company director of Boeing Australia and Boeing Defence Australia. He was also the financial leader for all Boeing entities in Asia while achieving a tripling of revenue in four years for Boeing Defence Australia. Michael was also Head of Finance at Genie Solutions and CFO and General Manager, Corporate Services at Brisbane South PHN.
Michael joined Tritium in April 2019 where he is able to use his considerable commercial and corporate experience to ensure that Tritium continues to scale and capture the available market share of the ever-increasing global EV charging infrastructure market.
Along with Jane Hunter and David Toomey, Michael is a member of the Tritium Executive Committee.
Michael has a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma of Professional Accounting from Griffith University and a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia and is a CPA, a Chartered Secretary, a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Michael is an experienced executive leader with a successful history of accelerating early-stage efficiency businesses. Michael previously led the successful listing of Blink Charging on the NASDAQ after a significant restructure and turnaround effort. He has deep expertise in EV charging hardware, software, solutions, business models, clean transportation strategies, and digital customer experience.
Michael joined Tritium in 2020 and as President Americas, he is responsible for promoting and developing Tritium’s market share in the USA.
Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Computer Engineering) from the State University of New York.
Manuel joined Tritium in 2014 as European Sales Manager and now brings his considerable experience and expertise to his role as President of Europe. Manuel has worked extensively in both manufacturing and operations in the EV charging industry having worked at Efacec for the five years preceding his move to Tritium. Manuel now manages Tritium’s entire European operations.
Manuel has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto and a Master of Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade do Porto.
